Inside the 7-Day Reset, you’ll learn how to:

• Trust yourself to handle the uncertainty
• Break trauma-based response patterns

Once you’ve stabilized your nervous system, you step into the full University curriculum — built around the 8 Pillars of Thriving Coparent.

Beyond your first 7 days, you’ll move through guided trainings on:

• Communicating and setting boundaries from a grounded place.
